T.M. Bier & Associates recently completed a critical Building Management System (BMS) installation at White Plains Hospital’s Center for Advanced Medicine & Surgery (CAMS) building in New York. The hospital, in partnership with Turner Construction and AKF Engineering, opened the state-of-the-art CAMS building in 2021 as part of their ongoing campus transformation efforts. This project featured the integration of a Schneider Electric Ecostruxure BMS, designed to manage critical environmental controls and optimize hospital operations.

TMBA undertook a significant building management system (BMS) retrofit at 375 Hudson Street in NYC, a landmark 18-story office building completed in 1987. With a total area of 1.12 million square feet, the building achieved LEED Gold certification following a green retrofit in 2010. TMBA’s BMS retrofit project, initiated in 2019, aimed to modernize the building's infrastructure, improve energy efficiency, and support the client’s sustainability goals.
