TMBA successfully completed the retrofit outdated BMS at 55 Water Street, one of the largest commercial official buildings in NYC. The project involved replacing the obsolete Honeywell BMS with a state-of-the-art TMBA/Schneider Electric EcoStruxure BMS. The project included the installation of a new multi-mode fiber riser, the retrofit of existing control panels with new pneumatic transducers and temperature sensors as required, and the integration of numerous third-party systems via communication interfaces.
Additionally, New Water Street Corp. mandated that there would be no impact to tenant comfort during the duration and that the entire project be completed within an abbreviated timeframe of 9 months in order to qualify for ConEd Rebates.
